The Partnership for Open Society Initiative representing more than 60 civil society organizations is pleased to invite you to participate in the public discussion titled ”Constitutional Amendments in Armenia: Realization of rule of law and safeguards for human rights and fundamental freedoms.”
This is the subsequent discussion organized within the series, “Armenia in the Process of Constitutional Amendments”. Public discussions, debates, and media events are planned to be held in Yerevan and regions. The series of events are aimed at creating a forum for discussion with the aim of providing a comprehensive and non-partisan assessment of the Constitutional Amendment process enabling informed decision-making by public.
The event will take place in October 2, 2015, at 14:00, at Congress Hotel, Ball room (1st Italy Street, Yerevan).
Government officials, parliamentarians, representatives of diplomatic missions and international organizations, civil society and media are invited to attend the event.
The draft agenda of the event is enclosed. Simultaneous translation from Armenian to English and vice versa is provided.
